INSA and HOBBE Tech. Co. Sign Institutional Cooperation Framework

HOBBE Tech. Co. and the Information Network Security Administration (INSA) of Ethiopia have formalized an institutional cooperation framework, signing a mutual engagement agreement aimed at advancing national cybersecurity infrastructure and secure digital platform development in Ethiopia.

The cooperation framework establishes a formal basis for technical collaboration between INSA — the Ethiopian government body responsible for the security of national information networks and digital infrastructure — and HOBBE, whose engineering capabilities in secure system design, infrastructure architecture, and digital platform development make it a natural partner for security-critical technology projects.

Scope of Cooperation

The framework covers several areas of institutional engagement: joint development and review of secure software architecture standards for government technology systems; technical advisory support for INSA's digital infrastructure programs; and cooperation on capacity building for Ethiopian engineers and technology specialists in areas relevant to cybersecurity and secure systems development.
