INSA and HOBBE Tech. Co. Sign Institutional Cooperation Framework

The Information Network Security Administration (INSA) of Ethiopia and HOBBE Tech. Co. have signed an institutional cooperation framework agreement.

The agreement covers joint initiatives in cybersecurity, national digital infrastructure development, technology capacity building, and collaborative research and development projects.

INSA is Ethiopia's primary national cybersecurity authority and one of the country's most important technology institutions. This cooperation strengthens HOBBE's role in the national technology ecosystem.

"Working with INSA puts us at the forefront of Ethiopia's national digital infrastructure agenda," said Khalid Meftu. "We take the responsibility that comes with that seriously."
